Fink never claimed her as he was overseas when she was conceived. Charity Louise was born apt 1943 in Chillicothe, Ohio. Her mother gave her up to my mother when she was born; however my mother found she was pregnant and had to give Charity up. My mother`s uncle and his wife (August & Charity Snyder)took her to live with them. Charity Louise then lived with them in Delaware, Ohio until Charity Snyder died and August returned to Chillicothe with Charity. When August died my mother then went to court and adopted Charity Louise abt 1955. Sometime late in 1950`s /early 1960`s Charity found her birth mother in Ross County, Ohio and wwent to live with her. The daughter,Joy Allen, of Charity Fink Snyder was born in Ross County, Ohio abt 1966. Charity Louise was divorced and left Joy and ex husband in Ohio and went to Mississippi.Charity Louise wrote to my wife & I once in the 1970`s but never heard from her again.
