Hello,
I am interested in any information on the Jeremiah PARKER who married Sarah BAZAR in 1822 in Jefferson County, MS.
It is possible that this Jeremiah PARKER may be the same as my 2nd great grandfather, Jeremiah "Jerry" PARKER, born: 1795 in Maryland, that married as his 2nd/3rd wife, Sarah "Sally" JENNINGS, (my paternal 2nd great grandmother,) born: 1821 in Covington Co., MS, (though one census says Alabama which is where her grandfather, Samuel EARLE, IV, (Sgt./Rev. War,) died in 1845 in Mobile.
My Jeremiah "Jerry" PARKER is found in th 1830 and 1840 Copiah County, Mississippi census and then in the 1850 Smith County, Mississippi census and then is deceased before 1870 when his 2nd/3rd wife, Sarah "Sally" JENNINGS, is found as the head of the household.
Looking forward to hearing from anyone who might have information about either Jeremiah PARKER and/or Sarah BAZAR.
