Searching for lady friend met on Navy Leave in 1950s

I met a lady who befriended me while I was in Laurel on Navy leave from USS PRINCETON, aircraft carrier where I was on a Kitty cruise (out by 21). She had a young son who stood on seat and steered her car at times.

They lived with her mother on a gravel road, perhaps toward
Ellisville. She did the driving and I did not pay any attention to how we got there, or I would have looked her
up many years ago. I can't get her out of my mind.

I went into college the day after I got back to Laurel after discharge from Navy and grad. from Millsaps. I could not recall her name as it had been 2-3 yrs earlier. My studies took a lot of my time as I was after a medical scholarship, which I got. But, I lost touch with her.

All these years, I have often wondered about her and what
was going on in her life. She was NOT average in looks.
She excelled. Beautiful. We had met at the home of Fats Harvison's, and her moms, but Fats could not recall her name either!! And he was accustomed to remembering people's
names in Laurel, MS.

I have a good picture of her from the mid-to-late 1950s, but do not know how to get it out there in Jones Co. in an
effort to find someone who knows her...hopefully, she is
still around.

Can anyone suggest a Jones Co. Bulletin Board where I could
post her pic with contact info on the Spring Holidays when
I will be back in Laurel visiting my 3 sisters/1 brother?
I do not want to embarass her by splashing her pic in the
Laurel Leader Call. We were good friends for a month...
nothing romantic. They hauled me around in her car.

This is like searching for a needle in a haystack. What are the odds that she might see this? I have given some
information; where we visited, Navy leave from USS Princeton, and she lived with her mother with young son.

Thanks, Mac Alexander in Cypress, TX, a sub of Houston.
