I just started researching my brother-in-law's family and have traced back to Littleberry Parker. From what I gather:

He was listed as Lewis B Parker (as was his son) in the 1850 census.
I also thought a good possiblity his father was John Parker.
It appears he had been married at least twice, both times to a Mary (one born ca 1802 and the other born ca 1828).
Going by early census, it would appear there were many children (though I wonder if another family was living with them at one time). There may have been 15 or more.
His full name may have been Little Berry Addison/Abbington Parker.

Littleberry Parker, Jr married Sarah Beech, 19 Nov 1849 in Washington County, Alabama.
They had 9 known children that I have found. The first four appear to have been born in Alabama and the other 5 in Mississippi.
