I am trying to find information on William Barker, Abram Barker and A.J. Barker. They were in Kemper County in 1850. I believe A.J.Barker is my ggggrandfather. I think they may have moved to Kemper County from Georgia around 1848 or maybe a little sooner. A.J. may have married Eliza ? there in Kemper County. He may also have divorced her there too. Does anyone have any information on this family.By 1860 A.J. is in Scott County and is married to Matilda Walters. Who was Eliza? Was A.J. the son of Abram? I know very little about this family and I have spent about 3 years looking. Any information would be appreciated.
