Wayne, William Franklin Jones was the older brother of my grandfather George Washington Jones, who is also buried at Cave Springs. I think their father, my great-grandfather, was killed at the end of the war and Elizabeth remained in Lauderdale County. I think your gg-grandfather,as her oldest son,might have stayed there with her until her death. Please email me at mccoysl@comcast.net. It is nice to know that I still have Jones relatives. I had about given up.
