If anyone could look up any information on Asa E. Loftin, Jr. born 1/11/1817, it would be a great help. I believe he was also married in Lawrence County. Any census records etc. would help.
His parents were Asa Loftin, and Fanny Consas or Rachel Hager. Since he married Rachel on July 23 1818, I don't think she is his mother(some info. shows this).
Asa Jr. and his son A. E. are on the Red River County Tx. census, but no mother or sisters are on this census, so I think she was deceased or waiting to come to Texas to be with Asa Jr.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
