Hebron Baptist Church on the East Fork of Silver Creek

My ancestor, John Myers donated the land for the Hebron Baptist Church on the East Fork of Silver Creek in January of 1827. Records state that John Myers actually built or helped build the church.

Could someone tell me how to contact the church, or someone associated with the church if it still exists. Any help with this would really be appreciated.
