Clara Fay Lawson, 69, died June 13, 2008, at the North Sunflwoer Medical Center. A lifetime Tupelo native, she was born Aug. 8, 1938, to Ira and Evelyn Augusta Wiggins Baker.
Services were at Jefferson Street Chapel with burial in Priceville Cemetery. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors included one daughter, Debbie Clark of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sons, Randall Clark (Sharon) of New Hope, Ala., and Darrel Lawson of Minapolious, Minn.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one niece, Patricia Gilmore; one brother, Billy Baker; one sister, Aileen Gilmore.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Johnny Baker.
