Ann, On the 1880 census in Lincoln Co., Beat 4, MS I found a Thomas D. and Mary J. Cook that adopted my Oliver (Ollie) Reagan/Regan who was 13 at the time. Can you help me find any records of this adoption? I can't locate Oliver in 1870 anywhere but would like to find out who his parents are. I also can't located Thomas and Mary after that. Can you help?
