Mary Boswell married James Sampson 1823 in Monroe County. He later died and she married William A. Bray in 1833, Lowndes County. Wm. Bray died in 1843,leaving Mary with two daughters, Caroline and Rebecca. Caroline married John D. (or James D.) Griffin and they moved to Itawamba County, MS by 1860, with Mary moving with them. Rebecca married David Wood in 1854, Lowndes County, and I never found them after that. Does anyone know any more about these families? I would like to learn where William A. Bray came from. He was listed in the Masonic Lodge, Columbus, in 1821.
