John GERMANY was born 1801 GA - died 31 Jan 1862 TX

The above web address is for the copious estate records of John GERMANY in which it says, "Petition of John A. HART, Mary E. HART, J. M. BAYLEY, and Nancy L. BALEY (all heirs of John Germany, deceased) that court rescind or amend its order regarding method of payment of one years provisions to Elizabeth C. Germany. Rejected. Filed October 27, 1862"
NO other heirs were named.
Apparently Elizabeth C. GERMANY was the step-mother of Nancy & Mary as John was not shown with a wife when living with Nancy & her husband on the 1850 Harrison Co Tx census.
Madison Co MS marriages:
John HART married Mary [GERMANY] 12 Jan 1848
James BAILEY married Nancy [GERMANY] 21 Jun 1849
I have proven that Nancy & Mary were sisters but only clue I have on their parents is in this census:
1850 Harrison Co Tx/Marshall/HH 115-115/pg 57b
BAILEY, J/ HH/wm age 28 VA (James M. Bailey)
BAILEY, N L/ wf age 16 MS (Nancy Louise Germany)
GERMANY, J/ wm age 50 GA (Nancy's FATHER, John )
1850 Harrison Co Tx/Marshall/HH 127-127/pg 58a
Hart, J A/HH/wm age 35 Va
HART, M E/wf age 20 Ms
Hart, E A/wm age 02 Ms
All 4 of the newlyweds were in Harrison Co Tx by 1850 and ended up in Montague Co Tx by 1880 - John, Mary & Nancy are buried in the Montague City Cemetery. James could be buried there but is not on the recorded cemetery list.
John & Mary had 8 children all born Tx except Edward b Ms:

Walter Bedford
John G.
Nannie D.
Robert E.
Thomas H.
George
James & Nancy had 6 chn all born in Tx:
John J.
Mary Ella
Lucy Elizabeth
Nancy
William V.

John & Mary made a trip to Clay Co MS in 1857 because their son Walter was born there in April. Their next child John was born in Tx so they may have been visiting his or her family?
I still have no clue as to this John Germany's parents or siblings !!! However, I really THINK he is the John GERMANY Jr who married Mary [VARNELL] 19 Aug 1828 in Wilkinson Co MS and was shown in Madison Co MS 1830-1837.
Any information on John GERMANY Sr, his wife or children would be deeply appreciated,
