Charles Earl Powell, 41, died April 14, 2007 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. He was born June 18, 1956, in Marshall County to Ethalener Powell and Horace Rayford.
Services were April 21 at Providence M.B. Church with burial in Cottrell Memorial Gardens.
Survivors included his parents; 10 brothers, Issac (Rose) Powell and Amos Powell, both of Memphis, Leon (Velma) Powell, James Powell, Roy Powell, Casey (Cornellia) Powell, Willie Powell, Horace Jr. Rayford, Myron (Tosca) Walls and Pactric Jones, all of Holly Springs; two sisters, Jerlean Fant of Memphis and Carrie Sharp of Holly Springs; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
