Odessa Hardin Hall, 67, died June 19, 2007, at her home in Holly Springs. She was a member of Union Valley M.B. Church in Byhalia, where she was president of the Usher Board and church secretary. She was a graduate of Rust College in Holly Springs. She was a retired teacher for the Galena School in the Chulahoma community.
Services were at Doxey Auditorium at Rust College in Holly Springs. Burial was in Cottrell Memorial Garden in Holly Springs.
Survivors included her husband, Wavie C. Hall of Red Banks; one daughter, Erma Renee Garth of Holly Springs; two sons, Gregory W. Hall of Red Banks and Carl E. Hall of Olive Branch; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Abraham Hardin of Holly Springs.
She was preceded in death by a stepson, Edgar L. Sims.
