Justin Edward Halley, 22, died Aug. 20, 2007, at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Memphis. Born in Baton Rouge, La., he lived in the Marshall County area for the past 20 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed rodeo, riding horses and country music. He especially enjoyed spending time with his dog, Bella. He was a Baptist.
Services were in the Coleman Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford with burial in New Salem Cemetery in Cayce.
Survivors include his father, John L. Halley of Marshall County; his mother, Sharon Kay Maxwell of Marshall County; a sister, Amie Moffett of Water Valley; a brother, John Halley of Marshall County; a grandmother, Dorothy Maxwell of Memphis; and grandparents, Glenn and Aldean Halley of Marshall County.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Maxwell and his grandmother, Barbara Halley.
