Wayne D. Corey, 79, died Oct. 9, 2007, at Methodist University Hospital. He was born June 26, 1928, in Canton, Ohio, to Dwight O. Corey and Vesta Spaite Corey. He was a retired service manager for Bluff City Electronics and a member of Collierville Christian Church. He was a member of Mars and Delta Radio Club.
Services were at Collierville Christian Church with burial in the Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville, Tenn. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included his wife, Mary Jean McCutchan Corey of Byhalia; one brother, Arthur H. Corey of Southaven.
