Byhalia - WILLIAM E. YARBROUGH, 57, of Byhalia, MS, passed away October 27, 2007. Formally of Memphis, TN, Bill moved to Byhalia with his wife, Jane to pursue their love of horses and many, many dogs. He was retired from industrial sales and was most proud of being a Marine. Bill loved to play golf and was an avid Alabama Football fan. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Memphis. An army of doctors and nurses befriended him and supported him through his illness with cancer, but lost the battle way too soon. He leaves Jane, his wife of 39 years; his parents, Jim and Della Yarbrough of Middleburg, FL; his sister, Kathy Burton and her husband, David of Middleburg, FL; his sister-in-law, Karen Hegwood and her husband, Lamar of Collierville, TN; his niece, Katie Burton of Middleburg, FL; and nephew, Josh Burton of Tampa, FL. Bill also leaves a great-niece, Madison Paige Burton. Bill had a gift of making people laugh and leaves friends with many memories of laughter. Visitation is from 12 p.m. until service time at 1 p.m., Tuesday, October 30 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
