Ardean W. Carrington, 96, died Thursday, April 10, 2008, in Holly Springs. She was born Feb. 14, 1912, in West Point, Ark.
Services were at the Byhalia United Methodist Church. Burial was in the Byhalia Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included one son, Bob Carrington (Bettye Kaye) of Byhalia; one daughter, Betty Carrington Vandiver (Bob) of Garland, Texas; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R.E. Carrington Jr.
