To date, I have not found all marriage records, however, information available: Edward Gaines and Betty (Shannon) Gaines, mulatto, had 10 children.
**A recent reply from California has to be verified but has information similar to family stories and places family home in 1910 for Bettie Gaines MU, daughter to William Shannon, Mulatto, and Phoebe Shannon, B (maiden unknown)Childrens' names from this list stagger with Gaines and Shannon within siblings birth orders and also has to be further verified.
William "Jack" Gaines, married Carmen E. Allen in Frankfort, Franklin, KY. around 1930.
