Thanks for the information, most I had but some was new for me. I have heard that his first wife Louise was the sister of Sarah Malone. Also I was informed that they were the daughters of Drury Malone.
I noticed that his one son was named Drury. That would give him a total of 15 children between two wives. My line comes from the Jackson V.Lovins line. I do know that Jackson V. and Drury fought for the state of Mississippi during the Civil War. I assume that William married Louise in Alabama , thats where the first set of children were born. Although I see Williams death date as 1857 . Who was the father of the second set of Lovins children they were all born after 1857? Would like to find if possible someone that is also a direct decendant from this line of Lovins. thanks for your help..
