I have what appears to be The Sam Armstrong and Sarah listed on the 1880 Tunica Mississippi Census Beat 4 also listed on the 1900 Mississippi Census Choctaw Beat 2 as follows:
Samiel Armstrong 65 m23 born N Y Parents born England
Sarah A 43 m23 born Ms Father born Ms Mother Mo
Robbert 13 born Ms
James 11 born Ms
