Thanks for letting me know about the dates for death records. I have family records that give me her birth and death dates but have been unable to locate a grave, etc. This explains the problem.
I have also traced my ancestors on the Ervin, Armstrong and Green sides and have been fairly fortunate in getting information. Most of the Ervins and Armstrongs came to Lowndes Co from NC and SC. The Greens went to Hinds Co from SC. This is the most fascinating thing I have ever done in my life!
