Divorce records are kept by the Chancery Clerk in the county where the divorce took place. Usually this would be the county of residence of the parties.
In Mississippi, the Chancery Court has jurisdiction over wills, probates, deed recordings, and divorces as well as civil lawsuits. The Circuit Court has marriages, criminal and civil lawsuits.
Your best bet would be to contact the chancery clerk in the county where you think the divorce took place.
Good Luck
