Info a bit confusing, but it looks like Levi m. Sally Waldo, then she married Major Whitlow.

according to LDS, Major Whitlow married Sarah/Sally Rodgers Mar 11 1868 in Pontotoc Co, MS

I also find, not sure if yours:
Levi Rodgers b. abt 1835 MS m. Sally Waldo
family tree (subsription site) shows them to have had daughter Alice Thedocia Rodgers
