Thanks I checked the census you stated and no luck. I will try calling the office in Adams county to see what I can find. Delia real name Cordelia was born Oct 1878 (1900 census) She would have been living in the home with maybe another family. Possible Hart as one letter has the signature Hart. Since Delia could not write I am guessing the person writting the lette signed there last name by mistake. The next letter had Cullpepper. Delia had left her husband and family and I do not know why.
