GOLDEN - Bobby Jenkins, 66, died Sept. 4, 2003, at his home. He was a native of Monroe County. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Bethel Church of God.
Services were at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with burial in Belmont City Cemetery.
Survivors included his wife of 44 years, Barbara Jenkins of Golden; three sons; two sisters, Elois Taylor of Golden and Gevena Scott of Gattman; three brothers, O'Neal Jenkins of Texas, James Jenkins of Moulton, Ala., and Hershell Jenkins of Humboldt, Tenn.; five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ila Jenkins; a sister, Mamer Hankins; and a brother, Marshall Jenkins.
