Cled Everett Gregory, 74, died June 24, 2008, at his home. He was born June 3, 1934, in Monroe County to Homer Eugene and Lucille Brown Gregory. He was a member and past deacon of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Services were at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Drburial at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Garner-Harper Funeral Home of Grenada was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included his wife, Sue C. Gregory; three daughters; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Eugenia Erber of Greenwood; one brother, James Edward Gregory of Shelbyville, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
