Jessie Lee Moore, 82, died July 1, 2008, at Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center in Amory. He was a member of Pentecostal Church of God in Amory. He attended school in Monroe County. He was a former employee of Dr. Boozer. He then worked for Banks Furniture Company and later for Walker Manufacturing Company of Aberdeen. He returned to Banks Furniture in Amory. He also worked part time at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and as a security guard for Riverbirch. He was a friend to many in the community.
Graveside services were at United Memorial Gardens in Amory with Darden and Sons Funeral Home of Amory in charge.
