Kathy Randolph Carter, 22, formerly of Detroit, Ala., died July 15, 2008, at Baptist Hospital East in Memphis. She was born Jan. 13, 1986, in Amory. She attended Sulligent High School. She worked at the Sulligent, Vernon and Detroit post offices. She was a member of the Detroit Church of God.
Services were at the Detroit Church of God. Burial was in the Gilmer Addition of the Sulligent City Cemetery in Sulligent, Ala. Otts Funeral Home of Sulligent was in charge of the arrangements.
She was preceded in death by a grandmother, Elvie Randolph.
