I am stuck in a genealogical quagmire.
I cannot find the names or dates for my grandfathers parents and I can't find the dates for my granmothers parents. My grandfather was Clarence Talmadge Dodd and my grandmother was Alice Sue Oglesby Dodd. They lived in the Lodi area on the Montgomery/Webster line. Grandmother's mother was Mary Jerome Jenny Mae (May) Carson Oglesby Emerson. She married Mr. Emerson after Mr. Oglesby died. She was born about 1894 and I think she died about the time I was in High School in 1984. My grandmothers father was Colie Oglesby and that's about all I know. I think he died around 1926. My grandfathers parents names and dates are not known to me or anyone else linving in the family I can find. I know both my grandparents grew up in the Montgomery/Webster area; Alva, Grady, Tomnolin, Stewart, Lodi. If anyone can find info or has info it is greatly appreciated.
