Not sure if this is where the church is located, but in the
Montgomery County Cemetery Book there are two Hays Creek
Cemeteries listed:

1. Turn east on Hwy. 82 in Winona, Ms. at 51-82 overpass,
go 1.5 miles, turn left on Lodi Rd., go 3.4 miles. Hays
Creek sign on the right of road, turn left on Valley Hill Rd. (No Road Sign), go 1.3 miles to cemetery. Watch for
cemetery sign on left side of road, turn left at cemetery sign and go down lane .02 miles.

2. Off Lodi Road. This is listed as a Black Cemetery.

I have never been to either I just thought this might aid
you in finding this church.
