Seeking the location of Doxey School during 1915, somewhere in the northwest section of Oktibbeha Co., Miss. Beat 3. This old school may have been close to Double Springs, or Center Grove. Can anyone tell me where this school was located in 1915. My uncle, and great aunt both went to this school during that time. Some of the student's were Turner, Scoggins, Hull, Shurden, McMinn, Horton, Reed, Crowell, the teacher's during that time were; Hassie Oswalt, and Lillie Mae Scoggins! I sure would appreciate any help on the place, where this school was at.
