WATER VALLEY - Mary Ann Kuykendall House, 61, died Thursday, June 5, 2008, at the Yalobusha General Hospital in Water Valley. She was a member of Everdale M.B. Church, where she was a member of the choir. She was a retired educator for the Water Valley School System with 30 years of service. She also was a cosmetologist. She worked at the North Mississippi Regional Center in Oxford. She loved cooking, tutoring, church and helping people.
Services were at Everdale M.B. Church in Water Valley. Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Kenneth I. Roberson Funeral Home of Oxford was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included her husband, Hubert House of Water Valley; one daughter, Nicole House of Oxford; one son, Eric (Cynthia) House of Greenwood; her mother, Mildred Kuykendall Hewlett of Water Valley; two sisters, Gearldine Kuykendall and Barbara Kuykendall, both of Water Valley; three brothers, Rush Kuykendall Jr. and Russell Kuykendall, both of Water Valley, and Henry Kuykendall of St. Louis, Mo.; three granddaughters.
