BATESVILLE-- Ester D. Cole, 85, died July 2, 2008, at her residence.
Services were at Springhill Asa M.B. Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Cooley’s Mortuary had charge.
Cole, born July 20, 1922, in Rolling Fork to the late William Durkins and the late Mary Smith, was a homemaker and a member of Springhill Asa M.B. Church.
Survivors included her niece who cared for her, Novaline Durkins of Chicago, and one sister, Alveria Eason of Chicago.
