Don't have the answer to your query about Frankie's parents, but wanted to let you know that they moved from Perry County, Mississippi to Neshoba County, Mississippi. They are living nextdoor to Nancy Threatt, possibly a sister-in-law and to Joshua Walters, a relative of Asa's. All were born in NC except for the very youngest children in these families and they were all born in MS. Nancy Threatt has 22 year old Elijah Walters listed with her household, probably a son of Asa & Frankey.
