Looking for a marriage record for Mourning Barksadale Gilbert and any Martin.
Mourning married John Gilbert in Pike Co, Ms in early 1800's. He died in 1815 at which time she would have remarried to the martin.
Are there marriage records that far back for Pike County and if so how would I locate them?
Any help appreciated :)
