Carroll Dodds, 60, died May 8, 2008, at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo after an extended illness. He was a member of the Thrasher Baptist Church and a Vietnam War Veteran.
Services were at the Thrasher Baptist Church with burial in the Tuscumbia Cemetery.
Survivors included his mother, Estelle Dodds of Booneville; one son, Carey (Tina) Dodds of Thrasher; three sisters, Dorothy Ann Crum of Kossuth, Bobbie Jean (Raymond) Jones of Marietta and Shirley (Arthur) Robinson of New Site; one brother, Donald (Debbie) Dodds of Marietta; 4 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Earl Dodds; one sister, Yvonne Phillips; one brother, Ruble Dodds.
