Steven Zachary Arnold, 20, died May 22, 2008, at his home. He was a 2006 graduate of Booneville High School. He served as a guard for the Booneville High School football team and was awarded several varsity awards. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping, riding Harleys, and spending time with his family and friends.
Services were at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel in Booneville. Burial was in Sardis Cemetery.
Survivors included his father, Steve Arnold, and stepmother, Denise Arnold, of Mathiston; his mother, Kathy Latch, and stepfather, Roger Latch, of Rogersville, Ala.; his grandmother, Laura Leggett; his great-grandmother, Durelle Alexander; one sister, Lauren Cole; one brother, Grant Arnold; five stepsisters, Shea Harrison, Tori Hale, Antoinette Foster, Heather Latch and Natalie Latch; aunts and uncles, Steve Leggett (Sybil), Sherry Hernandez (Andy), Jim Leggett (Debbie), Jim Arnold (Tammy), DeAnne Smith (Mike) and Hayden Hughes (Maria); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Joe Leggett, and William and Katherine Arnold.
