It was located in Sanitoriunm, MS between Mendenhall and Magee in Simpson County. It's purpose was to provide care for children of patients in the Sanitorium and for children with special health problem (Asthma etc.) I spent 9 months at the Preventorium in the late 1950's and I am looking for anyone else who spent any time there or has any information concerning the Preventorium.
