Marks - NOAH HING CHINN, 91, retired grocery store owner, of Bartlett, TN, and formerly of Marks, MS, passed away December 25, 2006 in Memphis Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Bartlett. Memorial service is at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 30 at First Baptist Church of Marks. Mr. Chinn was born in Seattle, Washington on April 7, 1915. He served on Marks, MS School Board and was past president of Marks Chamber of Commerce as well as the co-owner of The King Store in Marks. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in electrical engineering. Mr. Chinn was preceded in death by his wife, Gene Pang Chinn. He is survived by one daughter, Donna Caplin of Yorba Linda, CA; two sons, Dexter Chinn of The Woodlands, TX and Cedric Chinn of Germantown, TN; one sister, Eva Jeong of San Francisco, CA; one brother, Howard Chinn of Emeryville, CA; and six grandchildren, Courtney, Chelsea, Christy, Kasey, Austin, and Brittany.
