WEBB - Mildred Lucille Pitts, 81, retired cook for Country Club Kitchen, died Dec. 30, 2003 at Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Webb Baptist Church with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sumner. Nowell Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Pitts, the widow of Henry Pitts, leaves two daughters, Linda Holland of Heber Springs, Ark., and Judy Lamerson of Westland, Mich.; a son, Danny Pitts of Webb; a sister, Beatrice Murphy of Clearwater, Fla.; two brothers, Carl Long of Sterlington, La., and James D. Long of Gallipolis, Ohio, 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
