This is my greatgrandmother,wife of James Clark Goode & mother of my grandmother, Martha Jefferson (Goode) Cocke, wife of James Alexander Cocke. Cornelia Goode was living with her daugher or son, James R. Goode, in Tate Co, MS, when she died. She is buried, appx 1900, in one of Tate Co, cemeteries, her husband had died earlier and I believe was buried elsewhere, but may be buried there, also. James R. Goode and wife Annie, and sister, Martha and husband James Cocke moved to OK where they died. James and Annie had two sons, (1930s, one Goode in Ole, LA and one Goode in OK,) and two daughters, (1930s one living in Sarah, MS, married to a Hudspeth, another daughter married to a Frazier in OK). Am trying to find any descendants of these two families...
