Coldwater - CHARLES L. FERGUSON, 78, of Coldwater, formerly of Memphis, died Thursday, May 22, 2008. Mr. Ferguson was a Korean War veteran, and his work history in Memphis, included Roy Good Appliance, Memphis Equipment Co., John Hancock Plumbing, Albert Cook Plumbing, Ferguson Supply and Gibbons Supply before retiring in 1994. Mr. Ferguson is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Miriam (Judy) Ferguson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jenny Ferguson Haney and husband Don of Coldwater; Charlotte Ferguson Melton and husband Glen of Coffeeville; four grandchildren and two grandsons-in-law, Angela Adams-Kastner and husband Steve of Memphis, Rebecca Haney Lewis and husband Jason of Robinsonville; Charles (Sam) Melton, Alainia (Nikki) Melton; and one great-grandson, Robert (Bo) Lewis; three brothers, Andrew Ferguson of Buena Park, CA, William (Earl) Ferguson of Memphis, Mickey Bosworth of Illinois; two sisters, Elizabeth Thompson of Memphis, and Leona Manges of Windsor, MO. Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m, Friday, May 23 with services immediately followingat 7 p.m. both at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown. Theservice will be officiated by Steve Kastner and Bro. Cory Knepshield, pastor of Clearview Baptist Churchin Southaven, MS, where Mr. Ferguson was a charter member.
