IUKA - Lola Sheppard Gean, 59, died June 25, 2008, at her daughter’s home. She was born May 7, 1949, to Lorine Adcock Harviel and Omer E. "Fatty" Adcock. She enjoyed dancing at the Corinth VFW, shopping, her animals and spending time with her grandchildren.
Services were at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Survivors included her mother, Lorine Adcock Harviel of Iuka; one son, Tommy D. Sheppard of Memphis; two daughters, Pamela Perrigo (Jerry) of Booneville and Teresa A. Sheppard of Corinth; one brother, Omer A. Adcock of Iuka; two sisters, Martha Roberts of Belmont and Gaylon Yow of Iuka; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Omer E. "Fatty" Adcock.
