Belmont - Willard Dean Moxley, 67, died July 16, 2008, at her home. She was born June 29, 1941, in Belmont to W.C. and Estelle Pace Castleberry. She was an employee of Blue Bell for 24.5 years and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She loved her puppies, shopping and attending church.
Services were at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with burial in Belmont City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home of Belmont was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included one daughter, Carla Robinson (George) of Dennis; one sister, Myrtle McCalmon (James) of Marietta; two brothers, Jerry Castleberry (Janette) of Selmer, Tenn., and Floyd Castleberry (Darlene) of Belmont; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo Moxley, and her parents.
