Iuka – Reba Hale Wood Puckett, 85, died June 18, 2009, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church in Iuka. She was a retired seamstress and fashion designer. She loved her church and cooking for family and friends.
Following cremation, a private family memorial service was held. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included two daughters, Sue Dill (R.L.) of Iuka and Linda Josenhans of Pottsboro, Texas; one sister, Geneva Waldrup of Ypsilanti, Mich.; two grandchildren, Randy Dill (Kim) of Iuka and David McKinstry (Stephanie) of Pottsboro, Texas; five great-grandchildren, Leigh Ann Dill of Tupelo, Laura and Bryson Dill, both of Iuka, and Megan and Jordyn McKinstry, both of Pottsboro, Texas; and six nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Wood; her parents, Paulie M. and Myrtle Norris Hale; and a brother, Paul Hale Jr.
