Services for Betty Jean Brown Messer, 76, of Tunica will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 20 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Tunica. Rev. Doug Hardin will officiate.
Mrs. Messer, the widow of Luty T. Messer, died July 17 at Tunica Nursing Home. She was the owner and operator of Messer’s Camp at Tunica Cut-off.
Mrs. Messer is survived by one daughter, Sherry Messer Craft of Tunica; one son, James “Tim” Messer of Arkabutla, MS; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
