Services for Mary Louise “Lou” Watson were held Jan. 3, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home in Tunica. She passed away Thursday, Jan. 1 at Regency Hospital in St. Domenic’s Hospital in Jackson.
Lou was a former elementary and Sunday School teacher. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Clarksdale, Miss.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Connie Savage of Tunica.
She is survived by three children, Tate Watson of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla, Van Watson of Strayhorn, Miss. and Connie Moore of Madison, MIss; a sister, Francis Frew of Madison; seven grandchildren, a niece and three nephews.
