Services for Alton Travis Pearson, 63, of Tunica were held on Feb. 10, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Shelby Cemetery.
Mr. Pearson, a retired business owner, died Feb. 4 at home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by three daughters, Lisa Taylor of Long Beach, Calif., Amanda Stone of Magnolia, Texas and Jessica Thomas of Southaven; a son, Ira Shannon Pearson of Byhalia, Miss.; three sisters, Marie Creel of Greenville, Miss., Marie Bell Perry and Ozema Russell, both of Gunnison, Miss.; two brothers, J.W. Pearson and Carol Pearson, both of Gunnison and five grandchildren.
