Services for William D. (Bill) Fears, 77, of Tunica were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home in Tunica, with burial at Oakwood Cemetery here.
Mr. Fears, retired from Fears Printing Company, died Sunday, May 24 at his home. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and a good friend to many.
He is survived by his wife Mildred Fears of Tunica; one daughter, Reni Hudspeth (Larry) of Tunica; four sons, Don Fears (Wilma) of Sparks, Nevada, Keith Fears of Senatobia, Ricky Dowty Jr. (Teresa) of Strayhorn, and Ronnie Dowty (Shawn) of Southaven; nine grandchildren, Chris Fears, Will Fears, Amber Massey, Lacey Dowty, Ashlee Dowty, Hannah Dowty, Jessica Redd, Jeffrey Redd, and Michael Fears; and one great-grandchild, Ashley Fears.
